Ergonomic casters handling up to 1,500 lbs. per caster, the 28 Series is a huge ergonomic upgrade versus standard kingpin casters with 4"x4.5" top plates. Featuring a USA-made laser cut construction, extended swivel leads, and a large sealed precision ball bearing raceway, these casters deliver quiet, easy mobility that significantly reduces push / pull forces and chatter noise. Available with a variety of ergonomic wheels and accessories, these casters will help you work safer and boost your operational efficiency. ANSI ICWM tested for lasting safety and performance.

Features:

  • Maintenance Free: Maintenance free swivel section; no lubrication ever needed for life of caster
  • Ergonomic Swivel Lead: Extended swivel lead is standard, improving ergonomics and eliminating caster chatter; significantly reduces push / pull force (2.5" swivel lead on 6" models; 3.5" swivel lead on 8" and 10" models)
  • Top Plate & Yoke Base: 1/4” cold formed steel; yoke base is notched for field installable 4-position swivel lock
  • Legs: 1/4" steel, formed to increase strength and welded on inside and outside of yoke base
  • Finish: All parts, except wheel, are zinc plated
  • Axle: 1/2" diameter solid axle with lock nut
