The Colson D4.04108.831 DT SS rigid caster features a 4" x 2" HD Nylon Glass Filled wheel and a 4" x 4-1/2" Top Plate, capable of a 1000 lb. capacity per caster. The Colson D4 Defender is the ideal 2” wide caster solution for customers requiring lasting performance and corrosion resistance. Manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel and polished, this series provides premium features and a critical defense to applications exposed to washdowns, cleaning agents, steam, caustic solutions, and other environmental conditions that eventually cause oxidation and failure in standard casters. From the standard FDA-approved performance food-grade grease, 3/4” permanent rivet kingpin, and top-performing wheels in the industry—including the Performa Rubber wheel—the Defender D4 will continue to perform through the toughest of elements.
